Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Lash Extension.

A full-set Lash Extension appointment typically takes 90–120 minutes depending on desired volume and natural lash condition. Initial consultations and styling choices add time. Plan accordingly, and arrive without eye makeup to streamline the process and ensure accurate application.

When applied correctly by trained technicians, Lash Extension should not permanently damage natural lashes. Proper weight selection, routine fills, and gentle aftercare prevent excess stress. Avoid oil-based products and rough rubbing; consult us if you experience irritation or unexpected shedding for immediate assessment.

Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness and address natural lash shedding. Frequency depends on your lash growth cycle and style chosen—2 weeks for high-volume looks, up to 3 weeks for classic sets. Book ahead to secure your preferred time.

We recommend waiting 24 hours after Lash Extension application to allow adhesive to fully cure. Avoid oil-based makeup and removers that can weaken glue. After curing, use water-based products and gentle, extension-safe formulas to protect bond longevity and natural lash health.

Our Lash Extension full set is a flat fixed rate for the initial application. Fills or touch-ups between cycles are priced separately based on amount of retention needed. Contact us when booking to confirm refill pricing and availability.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid waterproof mascara. Bring contact lens case or remove lenses before the appointment. Avoid caffeine right before your service to reduce eye movement. Allow 90–120 minutes and communicate desired length and curl with your technician.
